This report presents Klabin’s performance throughout 2024, as well as the main challenges faced during the period and the actions taken to promote the Company’s growth, in alignment with the Klabin Sustainable Development Goals (KODS).
The content covers the period from January 1 to December 31, 2024, with the inclusion of information from early 2025, whenever relevant.
The structure of the report is based on the materiality study in effect up to December 31,2024*, considering the most relevant topics to Klabin and its stakeholders and on the sustainability practices that make up the KODS.
The management approach for each topic, the results achieved, and the challenges faced are presented in alignment with the GRI Standards 2021, the United Nations Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs), and the Ten Principles of the UN Global Compact.

The indicators related to the management of material topics are consolidated in the ESG Dashboard, which also allows consultation of historical data series and the Company’s current position regarding the targets set for the coming years.
